Johnny Tan Cheng Hye

Founding partner of LT&T Architects (1988 – 2015). After 27 years as Managing Partner of LT&T Architects, with his extensive experience in construction disputes as arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator, Johnny now practises as an independent arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator.

Johnny Tan Cheng Hye served as the President of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators from 2007 to 2011.

On panel of arbitrators of Singapore International Arbitration Centre, SIAC; Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, KLRCA; Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, HKIAC; Dubai International Arbitration Centre, DIAC; Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, SCIA; London Court of International Arbitration, LCIA; Indian Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators, IIAM; Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, SIArb; and Singapore Institute of Architects, SIA. Johnny is also on the Honorary Advisory Council of the National Commercial Arbitration Center of Cambodia.

Accredited adjudicator with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) where he also sits on the Construction Adjudicator Accreditation Committee (CAAC). Principal Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade/China Chamber of International Commerce (CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Centre).
