Henry Heng

With more than 20 years experience in the legal industry, my practice spans across a wide spectrum of work as noted in The Legal 500 – “Henry Heng’s workload spans areas such as shipping, projects and energy, and construction.” My depth of experience includes dispute resolution work in the Courts and arbitrations, alternative dispute resolution, prosecutions, disciplinary and inquiry proceedings. I act as counsel (advocate and solicitor) and am also an accredited arbitrator, adjudicator, accredited mediator, neutral evaluator and legal assessor. My focus is primarily on commercial disputes with particular expertise in construction and shipping matters.
