Engelin Teh

Engelin Teh, SC is the Managing Director of Engelin Teh Practice LLC. She was called to the Singapore bar in 1979 after graduating from the University of Singapore. She was appointed Senior Counsel in 1998 and was admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales in 2008. Engelin’s forte is litigation, arbitration and mediation work. With a wealth of experience of more than 4 decades in complex commercial litigation and family law, Engelin has conducted several trials and Court of Appeal hearings on claims relating to banking and finance, company law, corporate and partnership disputes, real estate, commodities, corporate fraud, equity and trust, employment and executive compensation, insolvency, intellectual property, administrative law, landlord and tenancy, professional negligence, insurance as well as family law, many of which involved cross-border issues. 

Engelin has conducted seminars relating to corporate and commercial litigation and family law including issues relating to trusts and wills. Engelin sits on the Disciplinary Tribunal (Supreme Court) Panel of Presidents and on the Panel of Disciplinary Tribunal Chairmen of the Singapore Medical Council as well as its Panel of Legal Assessors.
