I have practised law as a private practitioner, in-house legal counsel and as a lawyer/IP Strategist in the public sector.
Over the years, I have advised numerous entities including MNCs and SMEs across many different industries, such as IT, e-commerce, FinTech and media. As such, I am very familiar with the challenges (particularly IP issues) experienced by businesses throughout South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
More recently, I have participated as one of the key contributors of the Singapore IP Strategy 2030 and led a team of IP Strategists to deliver projects that has enabled innovative enterprises to scale and grow using their IP/IA portfolios.
Proud graduate of the University of Tasmania and I hold qualifications to practise law in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
