I am a medical practitioner as well as an accredited mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre and Regent University, London. I have also been a State Court Volunteer Mediator for more than 6 years and have mediated many cases at the Small Claims Tribunal. Currently, I am also doing mediation at the State Court’s Court Dispute Resolution Cluster (CDRC) scheme with a success rate of around 80%.
